The location and quiet vibe, the pool was nice. One of the office workers helped my elderly mother get batteries into a toy we purchased from downtown Disney. I think she said his name was Carl.

The room was clean and generously sized for 2 people. The location is excellent, easy walking distance to Downtown Disney and the Main Gates. Close to plenty of choice of restaurants for all tastes & budgets. Staff were so helpful and a pleasure to speak to.
